WE MADE OUR CHOICE:

NO COMPROMISES OVER THE ORIGIN OF OUR MEATS

All Levoni meats are obtained from pigs born and bred in Italy. Because there are no half measures when it comes to quality,
goodness and transparency. We have made this choice aligning ourselves with the philosophy of our family and all the people
who dedicate themselves to our work. Control over our supply chain, choosing only suitable breeds, adapting ancient recipes,
respecting the "rhythm" of nature, and a careful selection of ingredients are in our DNA, the values that we care about.
We rigorously brand our products with maximum transparency because, for us, communicating clearly and comprehensively means
respecting our butchers and everyone else who entrusts us, putting Levoni on the table.

ALL OF OUR MEATS

All of our recipes start with pork that was born, bred and
processed in Italy. We only select prime choice meats,
carefully crafted and prepared. Our products are spiced
to enhance the flavor and quality of all raw ingredients.

ALL THE PATIENCE

Levoni takes all the time needed to craft its Salumeria. This is
because goodness is born out of attention to each and every
detail without haste, and all the patience that our quality meat deserves.

ALL THE ATTENTION TO FOOD
SENSITIVITIES AND ALLERGIES

Levoni is highly aware of the growing problems linked to food sensitivities and
allergies. This is why all Levoni Salumeria is gluten and lactose free.
Whenever possible without straying from traditional recipes, we have also
removed milk proteins. If they are part of the recipe, as an ingredient or
trace elements, they are listed among the ingredients as per legal requirements.
