Carbonara sandwich with pepper guanciale

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 slices of toasted bread
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • 200 of guanciale with black pepper Levoni
  • 60 g Pecorino romano

  • Cut the pepper guanciale into thick slices, place them in a non-stick pan and cook until the desired crispness is reached.

  • On a separate side, scramble the eggs.

  • Toast the bread, lay the scrambled eggs, the crispy guanciale and some Pecorino flakes.
