Finocchio – With fennel seeds

Named for its unmistakable aroma of wild fennel due to the addition of seeds, this salame is traditionally made in Tuscany. The color of the meat is a nice deep red, coarsely minced to a medium grain. It is characterized by its round scent and fresh flavor with notes of fennel and seasoned meat.
